Kids Vitamins
Kids Vitamins have come a long way. The chewable ones are great. The liquid ones can be even better, because absorption is always better in a liquid and you don't have all the fillers that you get in tablets.
Taste isn't such a big differential because some of those chewable ones taste really good to kids.
Definitely both of those are easier for kids than Kids Vitamins in a pill/capsule/tablet form that need swallowing.
Then again, just like adults you need to look at your source of liquid multi vitamins. Is it made up in a lab or food based? Because of all the factors that come together in a food to make the vitamins in it more absorbable and usable, it makes sense to get your Kids Vitamins from real food.
If you want the best nutrition for your kids, you'll want to make sure you are feeding them really well and that includes as wide a variety of real foods as possible.
The problem, that most are aware of is, that our foods no longer have the same quality and quantity of nutrients in them. So no matter how fresh and organic they are they can still be deficient. Which is why we are hearing more and more doctors recommending that we take supplements.
Our option then is to go for something made in a lab or to look further afield to a real food liquid supplement.
